Electronic Document Format for Thames Renewal

Hi everyone
I'm just in the process of putting everything together for my coterminous FAC & SGC renewal with Thames Valley which I'm doing online.
As you can't save the application part way through and return to it I want to have my existing certificates, medical certificate etc all scanned and ready to go.

Can anyone let me know what document formats Thames valley are now accepting as in the past I don't think they were accepting PDF's for example. So if anyone who's recently process an application online could let me know what document format you used and if there was a maximum document size it would be really help so I can get everything prepared and then just run through the application.

I did have a ready through the supporting notes on the Thames website but it didn't seem to mention any details on this other than the format for the passport photo.

My mate just done his paper version and posted it a few weeks ago he told me it's been accepted that's the easiest way

I’ve did my original Grant and variations electronically and in the main it’s worked really well but I know Thames we’re having issues with viewing some image types hence the question

I renewed online my coterminous FAC & SGC with Thames Valley back in January 2023 and all my supporting documents were sent as PDF's with no problem.

My medical record file was over 7000 KB but was accepted ok.

Great thanks for the feedback looks like Thames have overcome some of the earlier challenges they had with document formats.

Just sent mine as jpegs from memory. No issues with that format either.

I submitted my renewal earlier this year and used PDF (for permission letters etc) and JPG for photo's (1 of which was of the medical proforma)
They obviously had no issues as my renewal arrived in due coarse (albeit nearly 6 months after submitting it)
Make sure you download and keep a copy of the pdf of your submittal just in case they loose anything (its happened before......I know)
