Elephant shot in the leg

Clearly an Elephant that’s very used to man or domesticated, but been shot. Amazing how it lets the vet treat it’s wounds. I remember the smell of a dairy cow with a large tennis ball abcess on its side being lanced. This would be on another scale

Veterinary practice on a jumbo scale… he couldn’t half snore!! Looked like several shots in him but that one in his leg -

amazing to see such a magnificent wild animal realising the vets are there to help, sad to think humans also caused the injuries.

probably shot by a trap gun set on the outskirts of villages to protect crops. Someone I go beating with accidently walked into one and still has shot in both legs, almost died.
