Epic video

The word that springs to mind is 'knob' that said we all have our opinions, but all I can say that's four minutes of my life I'm never going to get back....

'kin hippie. Wonder how much his video camera and megaphone cost him unless he traded free love for them.

Give that man an Asbo, especially as he's next to the Kro bar where I like to relax with a pint of Timmy Taylors - wouldn't want him to be spoiling a good pint

Doesnt he know if it wasnt for the Guys in Uniform he would not be able to spout s**t like that....

Steve..

Some one should have ramed that megaphone up his Ar*e

And just to clarify, the reason I uploaded the video starts on 4m13sec. In my eyes he expresses a very valid point with regards to the way humanity is blinded by consumerism, the 'need' to acquire material goods and dedicate their whole life working, obeying and watching TV. It is my conviction that somewhere, sometime the meaning of our lives has been lost and our dreams, hopes and ideals have become skewed and distorted. Sometimes it takes a 'madman' for some truths to come to light.

charlie or charles vice im going out on a limb here but did we find weapons of mass destruction ? no did we invade a country and kill people searching for them yes.if going to the shops you had to go through a checkpoint with arabs pointing guns at you you might feel the same way.we are sheep open your eyes we work all our life for shalow things.this bloke is more aware than most people who just go with the flo.are you trying to say iraq was not about oil.

There are communities that still retain that simplistic attitude and approach. Yes, consumerism has overtaken religion and to a large extent, family values to consume our waking thoughts but if you want to keep up with the Joneses then you have to work and experience the trappings that go with the daily life.

If he loves that life he could always open up a commune in West Wales and see how many people want to opt out of their £50k per year jobs and live off the land wearing jumpers knitted by the elders of his new hamlet.

I think the spending too much free time following TV comment is wide of the mark in this forum as given half a chance I'm sure we'd all rather be out in the field with our trusty rifles / shotguns and enjoying nature to the full.

My hopes and dreams are aligned to a healthy family and my ability to provide that stable platform for them whilst enjoying my range of sports and overseas travel that will broaden experience and tolerance of others.

He could argue until he's blue in the face about the validity of his statements but the method he employs to get it across leaves a lot to be desired in my book. I listened until the end but his message fell flat with me.

Yes there's a fair chunk wrong with society in general but I'm taking enough accountability to make sure my slice works for me now and my kids in the future.
