Following a successful first year we are looking to recruit 1-3 members to bolster and possibly expand our syndicate in an effort to support our existing team with reduction efforts.
The ground is located in the Chelmsford area of essex and consists of approx 1200 acres of ancient semi natural woodland and arable with a high density of fallow deer and muntjac.
Syndicate members will have access to the ground from 1st September to April 10th.
Only syndicate members and existing deer management team will have access no additional dates to be sold.
Syndicate members will take priority with existing team (lead by myself) available to help achieve goals.
Shooting will take place from highseat only. (20+ available)
No limit on muntjac of any age/sex.
No limit on fallow does/fawns/prickets.
OLDER FALLOW BUCKS ARE NOT TO BE SHOT
Generous venison allowance for all members with additional deer to remain on site.
Access to onsite chiller and prep room with processing machinery.
Access to arranged cull days with aided extraction at no extra cost.
Members will be required to
Have a discreet /professional attitude towards deer management
FAC with moderator
Insurance
Minimum DSC1 and ability to tag.
Ability to cleanly larder deer (although help guidance will be available)
Ability to extract deer (again advice/support given when available)
Price
£1200 per member
