[EVENT POSTPONED] BDS Central Branch: Sunday 15th March, Deer Carcase Preparation Demonstration

Sunday 15th March

Deer carcase gralloch, inspection and preparation for larder. A previously prepared carcase will be skinned and butchered. Some of the product will be cooked and sampled.

This event will appeal to those new to deer-stalking who wish to maximise use of the end product.

The event will take place at Balmanno Farm, near Bridge of Earn and will be signposted from the A912/A913 roundabout (follow the minor road for Dron).

Registration with tea/coffee from 0930 at the Balmanno shoot bothy.

BDS members free, non-members £10.
