Fallow prickets spotted

Hi all,

I was out yesterday evening after a fox and came across three Fallow prickets—first time I’ve ever seen Fallow on my permission.

Curious to know if anyone else around North Wilts, near Swindon, has spotted any on their ground?

I managed to grab a few photos using my Arken Zulus—will share them shortly.

Best regards

Carl

That's very close to my permission, may explain it then.

There's always been absolutely loads on the Swindon downs Hinton/Bishopstone/Ashdown etc. I guess they form pockets though? I live in Winchester and have seen large herds all around me. We have 250 acres out the back of our house and I've seen upwards of 20 roe on one field before but never a single fallow.
