Federal Power Shock 130gn Copper inconsistent group

Morning All
I've got a Sauer 202 270 in which I've always used Federal Power Shock 130gn Lead rounds in with no problems, mostly on Roe, with occasional Red.
I recently had to switch to Copper to do some Estate shooting and used the same Federal Round in copper (130gn Power Shock) and found it very difficult to get a decent grouping. Once I did get it zeroed the copper worked well on the deer at ranges out to 220m but accuracy was occasionally inconsistent. I've since done a check zero and again found getting a good grouping difficult. I've checked scope mounts were tight tight and the floating barrel didn't have any debris under it and I was on a solid shooting point both times Zeroed.
I'm sure some of the inconsistency is my fault, although I can always get a good consistent grouping with lead rounds, and just wondered if there is an element of the Federal copper round just not being suited to the rifle.
Has anyone else had similar problems with Federal Power Shock Copper in Sauer 202 270 and can anyone recommend an alternative factory copper round that they are using in their Sauer 202, that might be better suited?
Many thanks

Federal and Winchester Copper options have a reputation for not being very good.

Fox, Sako Powerblade, RWS, Barnes all seem to work well in most calibres. A 110gn copper bullet will be the same sort of length ad the 130’s, will be faster and because it remains in one piece, penetrates better and causes less meat damage.

There's a YouTube video of a tikka going from sub moa to 2.5 inch groups after transitioning to lead. It was suggested that cleaning the barrel to rid it of any lead fouling was worth a try, which worked.
