Food label printer

Can anyone advise what food label printer to buy and where it is possible to purchase one.
I wish to be able to label my venison to comply with current regulation

Easy to do. You download P Touch Editor and use a spreadsheet to populate and update. Happy to share my template, which I got from Dom on here.

Food label printer - any recommendations please?

Hello, looking for a food label printer to print onto fridge / freezer proof labels to stick onto vac packs of venison. Don't need high volume printing, just one standard size label that I can edit the contents on my laptop and print out. Had a look online and mind blowing! thank you.

Just a bit of advice, I learnt the hard way.
Brother labels dont come off frozen bags, cheaper brands do.

Question. How do you take the data from a SS and import it into P editor so it prints out all your labels in one hit?
currently I am printing one at a time and changing the data which takes me as long to do as it does to butcher the deer.
Or does anyone know a video showing how to do it?

Not sure what your referring to SS ?
P editor does enable you to add images, you obviously need to crop them, regarding printing numerous tickets in one go just increase number in the top left hand tab Standard is the label size next to that Number 1 is the amount of labels it will print. Just increase that.
Just an example of what i chucked together.

I butcher a complete deer, so I will need labels for 2 haunch’s, 2 back straps, shoulders and mince.
Let’s say I have created a spreadsheet with 7 lines For the items above.
column 1 will be date packed, column 2 will be meat, ie haunch, mince etc, column 3 would be weight, column 4 price.
column 2, 3 and 4 on each line Will be different.

I am looking to get the printer to print off each line as a label. I think the link shows how to do it. I haven’t had time to play with it though.
