Dead easy! Fry off some smoked bacon, then add some garlic and onion. Cook until softened. Dust rabbit in flour, then brown in the same pan. Add a bottle of dry cider, bay leaf and fresh thyme, and simmer until the meat starts to fall off the bone. Add a good splash of cream, mustard of your choice to taste, and some mushrooms. Give it another 20 minutes or so and you're good to goWill defo be giving that rabbit dish a gomight try it with tagliatelle
One of the finest dishes in my opinion. I struggle not to have a venison lasagne at least once a week. I do love it , and can’t seem to stop myself from having it with home made deep fried chips and blanched frozen peas with a little horseradish sauce and cranberry sauce on the side. So delicious and costs virtually nothing to make.Bit of batch cooking , making the most of last seasons Fallow. Venison lasagne
