The owner, Shane, opted for a BBQ Venison leg at Christmas.

steak was foc for foxing,spuds were foc swapped for pheasant total cost for two 50 p tops,

A few choice cuts of a slow roasted lamb that was a vegan, with vegetables.

A glass of nice Merlot barely interrupted the onslaught but is being appreciated all the more now after a half bar of peppermint Aero from the freezer.

Sunday Lunch

Rack of Lamb, Roast and Boiled Potatoes, Cauliflower and Mashed Swede, Mint sauce and pan gravy.

Oven baked drumsticks meat added to homemade curry for last 5 minutes, a few chips and a bit of boiled rice to ease the guilt. There was no guilt and no leftovers.
Big few days ahead, there will be copious amounts of Guinness drank and plenty of top notch grub.
Isn't that why we work hard?
