Wife cooked this for tea tonight.
Hot and sour pheasant with egg fried rice.
2 cubed pheasant breasts.
Batter mix made from flour, paprika, carbonated water.
Hot and sour sauce made from, half an onion,cider vinegar,brown sugar, ketchup and cornflour.
Rice fried in soy sauce and an egg.

Whatever about the pie but that is one shiny, sparkling, professional grade, well looked after, cost a bomb, hob.
Fan motor went in our Smeg yesterday, I already had to repair the fan itself a good while back after it wore in the centre. The seal around the door is hanging off now too and there's a couple of button caps after falling off. It's only a few years old, I thought I was buying quality that would last. Jokeshop.
The button on the cistern then in the main bathroom is goosed since this morning, I picked our guests up from the airport at 3pm.
In order to temporarily fix the flushing capabilities of their bathroom I have removed the cistern lid and the shiny chrome button with a stick of plastic connected now has a direct contact to the mechanism that releases the flow of water which is greatly assisted by gravity to carry out it's purpose. It is functioning 100% and our guests are suitably impressed with my improvising effort. They haven't actually said that or said anything really and they've been in there. I reckon their speechless because it's a shabby chic masterpiece.

One of my favorites! May I ask what ingredients were used, especially what type of venison?
That crust looks so very delectable!
I'll dig out the recipe but confirm the meat is diced fallow haunch.

This one is definitely going into my collection. Chili and chocolate is one of the best combinations ever! It is often overlooked by cooks that don't know what they are missing.
I will be trying this one very soon using a pastry crust.

Was that a hot water crust pastry that you made or was it a ready made bought pastry?
