Roe mince browned off..
Throw in red onion, carrrot , celery & some Angus & Oink major tom ragu seasoning
And also some of their garlic butter and herb seasoning ...
Throw in tin of mutti chopped tomatoes some puree and water & splash o red wine simmer foe good 45mins to an hour

Good old mince ! Hard to beat ! & leftovers mean I'll get a " mince piece " later on

Eldest daughter’s pre-birthday dinner for the wife last night as we were off to the Hand & Flower for lunch today! The giant tiger prawns simply cooked with lemon and herb butter, served with samphire, orzo, crispy smashed potatoes, asparagus and a pea shoot and rocket salad was magnificent 😍 The H & F wasn’t too shabby today either, although the bill was a bit 🫣

Roe doe:

Made a soup with shank and some other bits, lots of veggies and spelt. Utterly smashing.

Hot sandwich with the tenderloins, pan fried with garlic slices and spring onions in a ciabatta roll, a wee drop of Lea and Perrin. Some sweet peas. Astonishing.

And a drop of a nice red.

I bet that would be great with some pickled sliced onion in a tortilla!

Just me & Lola at home last night. Leftover home reared lamb mince in Mrs chilli. Fried some left over new potatoes and then poured over some well seasoned eggs from our cluckin' girls. Only downside was washing it down with Budweiser (🤮🤮) but it was given free & I never say no to a freebie.
