Foxes again

Thought I’d have an outing to the foxes cull area of the farm, did spend a good 4-5 hours though!
As the rain had stopped I popped over last night and got 3 dog foxes ..they were all large,healthy and came into my ambush area.
I tried various calls changing between mouse,woodpecker,rat,vixen in heat and dog bark.
The most interest showed was in mouse and rat call,got all 3 to come to the same spot where they all met their buddies and were clearly not put off….after all I had also laid out a buffet of leftovers of chicken,lamb and old bread loaf.
Saw another 3-4 but weren’t in sa

I understand you say they were not put off by the call but maybe the other 4 you saw were

Possibly..they were a long way off and didn’t pay much attention to the call..infact I saw one comming my way but another one chased him back the other way!
I’m sure they were protecting each other’s turf.
