Foxes and cats decimating native wildlife here.

same thing here john, wet behind the ears child like attitude to cats. if people want them keep them inside. i dont chuck my spaniel out for the night and hope it comes home. but we shouldnt mention that because the delicate flower might get upset

Hells bells them figures are bloody bliblical,

There would be hardly any wildlife left in the Uk , if we had the same problem ( we do but on a smaller scale )

I totally understand the need to eradicate the vermin , the last thing this planet needs is the extinction of our beautiful/ diverse wildlife thru to many uncontrollable introduced species

AH YES BUT THEN THEY HAVE THE CAT LOVERS TO DEAL WITH.
They are a mob that generally oppose any sort of control whatsoever.
On a smaller scale - but like the badgers here
Your cats need total eradication our badgers a just and sensible cull
seeing 20/30 a night on our 100 acres !!

You sure it’s not just a rogue fox?? Can’t be the cats they never leave their owners couch!!

Last time I looked RSPB figures estimated 17,000,000 birds killed by domestic cats and that only represented 20% of what they kill !
The big threat to birds , is of course lead . It's my belief that all cats should have to wear a bird deterrent collar .

How cute , Kitty brought you a present it's a Stephens Island Wren ! I rest my case .

How you effectively control foxes ,or anything for that mater, over cattle stations the size of Wales with hardly a bitumen road in sight is a bit of a head scratcher. Certainly Won't run out of foxes! It's Mink playing hell round here at the moment , they do like a koi carp!
