Well gentlemen I'd like to sincerely thank all of you that gave your opinion and advice on my foxpro wildfire issue ... having consulted with foxpro it turns out that the scourse of my problem was the drive was wrongly named and therefore the caller and program did no recognise each other .. when I named the drive to "WF1" after plugging in the caller every thing lite up and I'm happy to report the caller is singing or calling like a lark so thanks agen gents !!

I have a wildfire as well. It will not turn on and the green light on the side blinks 5 times. I Changed the sad card. Is there a way to reset it?

Aside from low batteries or operating it in cold conditions I'm not sure why it flashes!! Funny coincidence mine was flashing tonight!! It was -3 out and I had it on a fence post! It stopped after 20min ..the green lite flashed as the caller was calling I'm guessing batteries il change them to rechargeable just to be sure!!
