A friend of mine had the garage replace perished drain pipes from the sun roof on his Disco. Good job he's quite well off!

Had same problem with my old disco. Was the heater matrix. Put k seal in the radiator and stopped the leak had no more problems with it

My local-ish specialist LR garage wouldn't even accept the job...too much of a pain. It took me hours of reading forum posts by blokes called Dave, watching YT videos and then £13 and a bit of work.

And I'm useless at anything yet still managed it...YouTube University is a helluva powerful thing, as are forums such as this one.

Try joining water pipes to the heater matrix to bypass it. If leak stopes then you have found the problem

Had a ford ranger that the passenger foot well filled with water. End up the sill was filling with water then into foot well when full. Never got to the bottom of it just drilled a hole in the sill to let the water out. Done both sills just to make sure

Built in Thailand I understand but which CAD service agency did the body engineering in the sill area for Ford??????
While I was in Detroit I saw burger flippers do a four week drafting course and get jobs drafting in GMs tech centre afterwards.
