Garage Conversion Deer Larder - Part 1

larder is looking top class. As it stands is this up to food standards? I’m contemplating taking this as a blue print for my garage and doin similar. But would be all just for own consumption and processing ready to send to game dealer in the jacket
Yes it would meet food standards so long as it had the following added which is still on my list.

Hand towel dispensers
Handwashing sticker above handwashing sink.
Additional knife rack to have clearly separate knives in the lardering/skinning area to the food prep area.

Ideally an additional sliding door opposite my chiller so that the larder has a one way system and in skin carcasses come in one end and butchered meat goes out the other.

I find it so helpful to have a dedicated larder space that’s really easy to keep clean and find it works really well in the space that was available.

I'm late to the party on this post, how I've missed it is beyond me.
Just read the lot from start to finish, well done on the work you have put into it, looks perfect.
It’s been one the best posts I’ve read on here. Great set up he has. That’s why a want to pinch his ideas 😂

That sounds perfect and it’s only small amendments that’s needed. Uve got all the important bigger work done which is great. Not that I’m jealous or anything 😂 yeh a lot of us are still firing the carcass on the kitchen table 😂
