What’s the ball park acceptable price for once fired brass per 100 ?
Before anyone says SFA, come on now, we’re are mostly decent fellows 😉

Why would you buy once fired brass????
Average it 100 quid for new & you can get LOTS of reloads depending how you do your brass prep.
More advantages buying new brass than disadvantages!

I've used lots of once fired brass quite happily, got to be some trust with any salle/purchase
Some calibre can be a good saving vs new, price does vary for calibre and brand
For example lapua 6.5 creedmoor small rifle primer is very sought after, 6.5 creedmoor by hornady not much

If you can get them. Lapua don’t appear to make .270 brass, my Norma primer pockets are loosening quickly whereas my Sako reload time after time. Have you tried to buy Sako .270 Win :banghead:

I don’t want Hornady thank-you

It’ll depend on the brand, Lapua/Norma will net you a lot more than (say) Remington.

Cartridge matters too, for the best price it needs to be popular or rare but still used.

I’m not completely averse to buying once fired but do want to see its in original boxes etc. ‘Fully prepped’ and loose is a red flag.

As has been suggested - you’ll need to be a lot more specific before any advice could be given.

For instance, once fired .223 cases will have a very different value than once fired .500 NE cases.

Over here in Germany the shooting ranges usually let you ferret through the brass bucket and they are all pretty much once fired cases by the non reloaders, as you have to do a DSC1 style reloading course costing €€€s to be able to buy powder but not primers they still go free to obtain for over 18s. Then the equipment start up costs puts many shooters off reloading and they might also be too lazy to bother for the pittance saved.
