Wanted: Good set of spanners

I've been searching ebay for a while but thought I may aswell try here im looking for a good second hand set of spanners for work looking at old britool facom blue point and at a push snap on. Need to be metric

I have to keep them as I have left all the Snap-On tools to young Freddie my Farmers friends son in my will.
Even electric tractors will need a 10/13mm spanner.

Look up your local cash converters... I have had some good deals in those before, bundle up a parcel and bid them they always say yes as it is turn over.

Halfords Advanced or Draper Expert both carry lifetime replacement warranty on hand tools. I have some Halfords tools and I'm happy with the quality.

Car boots Sir! Get up early on a Sunday and walk around any large car boot. Good quality spanners (plus lots of monkey metal crap too) going for not even a quarter of their new cost. Britool, Facom (I always used Facom - the French made stuff as they did true six sided combination spanners and sockets not just bi-hex stuff), Snap On (never liked them the sockets used to split under heavy abuse) and whatever else.
