GPO scope whats not to like??

Wanted to bring this back up. Has anyone tested the durability of the GPO scopes? Does it track reliably when dialing? Thanks
I've got one on my 308, I'm not hammering it, but I do adjust the dials a fair bit as I use the rifle both with and without a moderator and with different ammo (because copper is expensive for shooting paper!).
No issues with it, goes back to hitting exactly where I expect it to every time I return it to zero. I think it's a great scope for the money.

So to perhaps suggest a more fair comparison. How does their fixed power compare to for instance a kaps or S&B hungary fixed. To me the fixed powers are specialised moonlight and starlight scopes. In price there is no comparison ofcourse, but alot of people seem to agree that the price on the big name fixed powers is inflated. Being popular respectable scopes iam sure someone here would be able to grab an 8x56 and the gpo and walk outside at night some time to compare.

Did anyone ever take up the challenge? Are the positive posters still positive?
