I have them sliced dusted with seasoned flour and fried. Not the healthiest of options but they compliment a nice breakfast. I had such a poor result last year with tomatoes that I didn't bother this year. All the faff with watering and etc. they are cheaper if bought when in season in the shops.
I have had more tomatoes ripen after I cut down on watering them to just twice a week
I did put some in a box with a banana for two weeks and that was a waste of time so just popped them back in the greenhouse and after a week they turned red
