Grisport gamekeeper boots

Heads up for anyone with size 11 feet, Amazon currently has these boots for £128.00.

Going to give them a go myself based on the positive reviews here.

Will give them some Ledergris before wearing in the field and see how they go.

Just an update on these boots to confirm that they’re continuing to perform flawlessly and are highly recommended. Pound for pound I think they’re the best available boots for your money bar none, and that’s from a very happy Lowa owner!

I use Leder Gris which helps keep the leather waterproof and supple.

Very comfortable and waterproof coping easily with the 35,000 steps in boggy wet Sutherland woodland I did in them over the weekend.

I know this is an old thread but wondering if anyone who has owned these can confirm whether are actually were waterproof and how they’ve held up? Considering purchasing these as they seem to be good value for money but curious snout the waterproofness as couple reviews on Amazon said they leaked..

Bought a pair about 2 weeks ago. Definately waterproof and very comfortable. Hopefully they will last, but that remains to be seen.

I have a pair that I’ve had for a couple of years now. I treat them with Altberg Leder Gris and they are waterproof, comfortable and durable. I upgraded my insoles with a set of Sorbathane and they’re brilliant. Best value boots I’ve had yet.

I have a pair that have been used for about 3 years and still waterproof. So impressed I saw them on offer and bought a back up pair that still sit ready to use. Better than many I have had in the past. Hard to beat for value

I had a pair and got 9 months out of them (which is about average for my boots, get worn every day often for 15 hours straight). Needed to be kept waxed to stay waterproof and needed insoles to be comfortable but in all where a good boot and reasonably priced. I now wear la sporteva and my first pair are on just over 2 years old now and are still 100% waterproof with zero maintenance, they have lasted over double the life of any other boot Iv tried
