Gun safe keys

FEO do the strange things. We were on a farm over the weekend and was told by one of the brothers living there that the police came and have taken his safe keys as he wasn't getting on with his brother. The other brother has already had his guns removed by the police.

Surly they should just removed the other brothers guns as there my be a spare set of keys and let's face it you could quite easily get into one with all the farm tools around.

Just by the FEO taking the keys they are thinking there could be a potential issue in the future.

Mmmm. All depends on what "wasn't getting on" amounts to I guess. Maybe a brawl in the centre of town after drinking or something. Probably unlikely to be pinching a chip from your brother's plate at tea time. But who knows?

As for the cops finding out, there could be a myriad of ways that happened. But why they just took the keys when these days it's the guns gone in an instant is a little baffling. But, as usual with these things, we don't know the whole craic.

Don’t know all the ins and outs but I’m surprised that they haven’t taken all the guns away.

It's an ongoing Will dispute and marriage breakup so quite messy really.

A couple of farming brothers near me had a significant fallout out and some threatening words were said, one was a licensed gun owner and he had his guns seized and his FAC /SGC revoked.
