Gutting / Skinning Hook

I did have one of these acquired in a job lot at an auction, in fact for skinning a suspended roe it was very good as the back of your hand kept what you had already separated "out of the way" and being held as it designed it was very efficient. More so I found than using a conventional knife.

I never used the gut hook part ever. However it got handed in by me at the 2020 knife amnesty. For fear that it could be seen by the courts as a "push dagger" which was banned by the legislation that set up that amnesty. I was compensated for it too.
