H4198 in 223

I have a supply of the above used for my 17 Hornet. Having changed back to a 223 I was wondering if I can make use of the above powder for the 223. A search shows load data for 40g and 60g Vmax, however I am interested to hear from anyone who has actually use H4198 for their 223.
I know there are better, more suited powders available (CFE223, N133 etc) but I'd prefer to use up as much of the H4198 as possible before moving on to something else. I used Benchmark with my previous 223 but it is not REACH compliant (neither is H4198).

I used 4198 back in the early 90's for .223, run out of a National Match AR. It worked well, and gave very good accuracy with 55gr bullets.

It's been so long, I forget the exact load, but want to say it was 21grs with a 55gr FMJ bullet, LC cases and WSR primers. Of note, this would not cycle a carbine gas system, but with the standard 20" barreled AR's it cycled fine. (Not that you will have the issue, but thought I would mention it for completeness.)
