So, it's been a while since H4350 etc went off the menu. For those who used it, then had to replace it, which powder did you find best emulated it ?

I’m still using it, got about half a tub left, I use it in my 7x57

I’m going onto N160, I do also have a tub of IMR4350 so I’ve got plenty to go out to keep me going for a long time

I was using IMR4350 as my go to for .243 and .270 (and IMR4895 in my .308s and will be for quite some time ;)) and moved to using Vhit N135 in both :thumb:

EDIT: Just checked and the above is incorrect - I moved the .243 from IMR4350 to IMR4895 too. It's only my .270 that I moved from IMR4350 to Vhit N135

Working very effectively on fallow for me with 110gr TTSX giving me 3143 fps from a T3X 20" barrel and within a gnat's todger of the factory VOR-TX ammunition speed 🤗
Was thinking 130-140 gn bullets.
I use to get that velocity from a 20" 308....110gn vmax.

I run RS52 under 112.5 Yew Tree, previously 210 TTSX, in 270, 3350 from a 20".
