Whilst posting on another forum I was reminded about making Venison Haggis, its damn lovely.. heres the kit I used.. Seriously try it if you like Haggis and also Venison..

1. Remove windpipe from plucks. Wash and boil for a minimum of 30 minutes then mince.
Are we boiling the pluck or the windpipe?????? :banghead:
