Just wanted to provide a quick update on a time-intensive project I've been working on for a while now.
This chassis system has been designed to get the best accuracy out of the Tikka T1x platform. It's not light, but it is a joy to shoot owing to the adaptable ergonomics and precision fitment of all components. I've spent many hours getting all the tolerances correctly specified and manufactured within the system - it was a great moment when the barrelled action just sank into the frame - fits like a glove!
This is a production representative build, aside from the black stainless metalwork not being delivered to me yet (adjuster screws and dowls).
I'm also working on a range of grip options and additional fore end types, with scope to customise any element (within reason).
In time, I'll also have various inlet options available from the T3x to the Rem 700.
