Hawke binos advice

Hi all I’m looking to pick up my first pair of binoculars, I’ve been reading a few reviews and Hawke look to have good bang for buck. The frontier hd are about the maximum I’m wanting to spend, however the frontier ed are apparently better in low light? They are a chunk more change though. However the endurance ed are cheaper that the frontier hd and have the ed label, so does that mean they have better low light performance than the frontier hd and therefore a better buy? I’m thinking 8x42 is this about right for most UK stalking needs?

I can't speak for the pricier Hawke models, but I've got some Nature Trek 8x42s (£129) and they're brilliant; good sharp image. I love them. Just to make things even better Hawke left me have them with a 50 percent discount because they no longer had the parts to repair my elderly Black Watch binoculars (which were bought before they started giving a lifetime warranty). Hawke had no obligation to treat me so well, I had simply sent my old pair in for diopter repair at my own expense. Instead I got some excellent new binoculars (with lifetime warranty) for half price ! Couldn't be happier !

This is exactly what I like to hear, I think I may be over thinking what I actually need, the endurance will more than enough for me. I’ll consider the nature track as well, thanks @thorneyglatt 👍

So the guy was advertising a nature trek. And went he gave it to me I didn’t check it was nature trek came home and I saw it was endurance he made a mistake lol I called him back and said he got confused with the nature trek he got. He said no worries just keep it. Of course I am gonna keep it for £35
