As I do to him,we send each other photos of whatscooking or on the plate. today he (aka the cnut) sent me a many hours long slow smoked brisket.
Looks delish!
What would an SD member put on it?

Crusty fresh brown bread, maybe foccacia? And a simple salad dressed with lemon juice.
And home-made mayonnaise on the side.
