Hello and hope everyone is well. I've just joined through my work on a private farm in Fife, where we manage our roe deer population, as part of the wider land and conservation management. I am completely new to the world of deer, stalking and venison, and this site has been very helpful! We are looking into recruiting a butcher and selling our venison, and I'm hoping I'll learn more and make connections here.

Welcome - selling venison can be a struggle but many do make it work albeit to varying degrees of success/profitabilty. Some very good threads on here in that respect and you’ll quickly see whose in the field to fork business as opposed to field to AGHE.
