Hey Everyone.
I recently purchased a Hikmicro HQ35 Thermal Monocular. I find it great however I've seen how great the firmware upgrades are for it. I have tried to update it via the app however it will download yet not install.
I tried ti install the latest version via PC (5.5.85) However once it was downloaded I would restart and it would start to install saying "Upgrading... The device will reboot automatically to finish firmware upgrade" However when it reboots it still says the old firmware is installed. I contacted Himicro and they havnt been much help they did give me a older firmware to install (5.5.61) However this one doesn't work either. Im stuck on version 5.5.45. Has anyone had this issue and can help me at all? I would really hate to have to return it
