Himalayan salt blocks - anyone use them

I was wondering about putting a couple of blocks in my chiller to reduce humidity slightly. Has anyone used them and any recommendations on a) where to buy them and b) how many you need to put in to make any difference?

I don’t use them in my chiller, but I’d be interested to hear from others on the results.
I get them from my local equestrian feed Supplies and hang them up in the crotch of a couple of trees around my ground as deer licks.

Sorry, having a senior moment. Thought he'd said 'in a cabinet' Ignore this.

As I mentioned before on here, I would keep salt well away from your chiller if I were you.
I bought a walk-in chiller unit from a bacon curer, and the corrosion on all metal fittings, screws, assembly clamps, etc is horrendous, and despite many cleanings it persists.

We use a tray of salt in the fridge to suck the moisture out of too fresh steaks which get laid on top of the salt, does a good job.
