How do i post pictures??

Trying to post pictures of gear & a few recent deer I've harvested.

It's asking for url?

Can't I just post it from the files on my device, is there a way

click on "attach" files so my pictures are in "albums" the phone is connected to the lap top then I find album 6 click on the picture, and follow the options.

I was looking at the top of the text box at the image logo
