How to get a game dealer?

I’m wanting to know the best way to go about finding a game dealer. Is it just a case of google search game dealers near me then start sending emails? I’m in east fife if anyone knows of any to recommend for this area.
Also is a DSC1 qualification and a hunters number always required to supply roe to game dealers?
Lastly what value is in a roe carcass at the moment?

Thanks.

Peterborough Game collect from Fife on a Monday.
Not sure what the current rates are as I haven’t supplied them in a while.
Presuming that you have chiller facilities, they’ll record the chiller temperatures on collection.

Simpson game collect from central Scotland so might do Fife too.

Just call them and ask, if they do then you complete a simple new supplier form.

You must have a chiller facility of some sort

With "Scotland" as your location it is a big place! to send a van dealers won't rock up for 1 deer.
Highland Game would be a start.

Highland game will only pick up from "approved larder" facilities and doubt be one deer
...if your online FB try giving up the game
