Hunting with Dogs Act now law in Scotland

Under the The Hunting with Dogs (Scotland) Act 2023 it is now illegal for a person use more than two dogs to search for, chase or stalk a wild mammal without a licence. Professional foot-packs seeking to use more than two dogs will now be required to apply to NatureScot to be considered for a licence.

If conservation is the primary purpose for using more than two dogs to carry out wild mammal control, an ‘Environmental Benefit’ licence application should be lodged.

This comparison does show up the mess ScatGov is, desperately trying to sweep the drugs mess under the carpet, whilst pandering to every whim of the nutjob Greens in order to cling to the last strands of power, and doing as much damage as they can before the end of their tenure.

you are not on your own matey, it seems we are living in a wierd strange world, you cant smoke a cigarete, but you can go and get out of your head on illegal drugs, go rob a half a dozen i phones, go and get a trolley full of food, and nobody gives a toss, you cant say good morning to someone, because you dont know if its a man or a woman, but if garage finds a used empty 243 case in the boot of your car, they call the police and 2 mins later your surrounded by armed police, what a sh*t h*"e society and country we live in now, thousands of illegal people living in luxury accomadation while british lads who have served their country are living on the streets its a mad mad mad world. bs.
