I have no words...

Did wonder that but maybe no paper work, would like to know his reason to restore faith in human nature or not as case may be.🤷‍♂️
If there is any the only mitigation I can see is that he couldn't afford to have the Bitch spayed . If so a weak argument in any analysis. The man should not have had the Bitch to start with. Bring back dog licences along with vetting (pun not intended) as strict as SCGs and FACs
Oh! Money
Just saying
😎

completely agree as there is a pond I visit close to a dead end lane frequented by people in caravans not uncommon to see a sand bag type sack from road works containing half brick and pups in the margins, don’t look anymore as easier not to🤷‍♂️ To be fair do not know who puts them there.

No money for such things?
Anyone notice the London Mayor has just spent £100,000s on an aggressive display of piety with Ramadan lights on Oxford Street?
For Christ's sake Britain . Get a grip
Priorities.
🤔

Maybe the guy could not afford to feed and take proper care of the litter and did not have the stomach to drown or tap on head, not defending but not a easy thing to do if needs must and took “ easy way out”.
But he had the stomach to be a filthy b*stard drug dealer!

Probably why he was stopped in the first place as known to the police, have no knowledge of what it takes to be a “ a filthy b’ stard drug dealer,” in Bishop Auckland but clearly something I do not condone, and you point is?
