Identify these berrys?

Wild blueberries / bilberries / whortleberries / whinberries I think possibly, but not sure. Would like to see a bit more of the plant.
They grow on moorland in Wales (and elsewhere, of course!)
Not sloes, I shouldn't think. Too early.

These the leaves.
Parked on a Welsh Tesco to meet someone and these were right behind my car.

Ps Berries only 6 to 8 mil dia.

Ok. Not what I thought.
Looks like oregon grape (mahonia) as others have said. Quite a popular cultivated plant in public flower borders etc, due to prickly leaves (ie, less likely to get vandalised).
