Page 10, between 30-06 and 300 BLK. Last time I looked the 30-30 uses a .308 bullet. The Bushmaster or VRG3 is a flat nosed non toxic bullet that they have in 135 and 150gn .308 diameter.

Most 30-30s are a 1 in 12” twist. Min twist rate of the 135gn .308 according to technical specs is 1 in 14”.
