INTERFORST Trade Fair for Forestry and Forest Technology in Munich

Just wondered if anyone on here is planning to go to this years INTERFORST trade fair in Munich. From July 17-22. I will be then as my son in law works for the messe in Munich and I have been given a couple of free tickets.

My SIL lives one km from the site (the old airport of Munich Mat Busbys crash site) so as I am overnighting I will do my very best.

They had a 4 rotor drone on show for seeding fields or forest it was a Swiss company but they were only offering it as a service the drones themselves were not for sale as big as a dining table. 350 exhibitors in all at 38 degrees it was bl@@dy hot.
The Sachsen state forestry service had a stand in the only inside hall showing how to reduce accidents when building shooting boxes "kanzels" in the forest, they do not want to be paying pensions to their employees for ever it seems. Pictures below.

I forgot to add there was a free to use digital shooting cinema available with hundreds of different scenarios beamed onto a 5m long screen 5m in front of the shooter. "Marksman training systems ST-2 simulator". I did quite well as I only missed one boar.

Interesting to see their scaffold and rigging set up for erecting the shed at the tops of the towers.

A bit safer than one man pulling on a rope and another pushing a section from below.
