IR Torches…. Which one?

Hi all,
Currently using a PARD TL3 LED IR Torch - great for rimfire ranges, centre fire not so much.
Wanting a VCSEL like the old PARD and some DNT scopes have suitable for ranges up to around 300m.
Ideally wanting something that is <£100 and seen the Black Sun V20 VSCEL which is around £50, has anyone any experience with this and will it do what I’m wanting?

Over the years, I've tried and used several different IR torches, but the one I'm using now that works very well on my 204 is the Night-Saber Wraith.

I have used the V20 from Nightvisionstore on rear add ons and currently with the Alpex 4k lrf and for the money it works really well but 300m might be challenging it a bit. I only use it on my 22 rim fire out to 150m but can see and identify much further than that Check out Clive Wards Nightvisionstore site for the full range of illuminators and comments.
