Iron sight users - how do I turn the front post up?

New to iron sights, the whole concept of having to adjust elevation on ironsights is one I found out earlier when my rounds were hitting nearly a foot higher than my point of aim. Missed this probably because I watch handgun videos where the elevation adjustment is probably not necessary. Anyway, I need to wind my front post up in order to get my PoI lower, but how on Earth do I get a pair of grips in here? There's no screw to wind as such. Attached a diagram of my gun's business end, it's a Baikal IZH94

Disregard post, found a peculiar little drill bit which is able to reach perfectly down into the recess and screw the post in and out. Got these bits in a pack, now they have a use

Just incase you ever need to replace that bit, it is a tamper proof bit. Designed to stop people messing about with things that they shouldn’t.
