Ok so this has probably been covered before on here but am interested in what others use to sharpen their knives.ive f%$#ed up many a good knife with those pocket sharpeners.
Although you can get them to a sharp edge I've found the diamond blades tend to take lumps out of the knife edge on close inspection.
However the ceramic ones seem more gentle and give an edge so you can at least finish off dressing the carcass.ive also tried a stone and stropping but that seems a bit tedious and long winded.yore thoughts please
