Well an old nest moreso.
Coming back downhill from deploying a game camera on a prime wild cherry rub I stopped to have a look at a bush soak for deer mark`s (none) however a double take of the entrance to an old wombat burrow on the high side of the soak showed me a Euro Wasp nest that had been opened presumably by an Echidna as nothing else would give a tinkers about a wasp nest. I am hoping so as they can contribute to the war on the wasps here. This is really most unusual,in fact a first for me.
And no its not an old nest that has been puffed as I am the only bloke around here that puffs them and I remember every friggn one of them and that site is a new one to me.
The Echidna's handle our bullants so a poxy wasp wouldn't be too bad.
Go the Echy!
