Generally speaking this is a condition that is disappointing to manage medically as it is a physical issue that ideally needs surgery to alleviate the signs it causes. If surgery is not an option for whatever reason then anti-inflammatory treatment can help to offset some of the secondary inflammation the turbulent air flow causes but the response to treatment is generally somewhat poor in my experience. If there is an associated cough then codeine might be considered to try to suppress this but I would suggest a chat with your vet to consider what treatment options may be best for your situation.
