Lidl game/stealth cam

Brought two this morning from separate stores. Only thing it doesn't say I'd the range of Pir unless anyone has found it and I'm been thick.

Got some footage, I think the night footage is better than the day. How do I upload the videos without having to put them on you tube.

cheers John

Looks like mine has a loose filter in front of the lense or something will try it once the wife has sorted the techy stuff out I'm useless .at least with a 5 yr warranty it can go back if not right .

Mne had the same loose filter, after opening it - it looks like the filter is supposed to move automatically? Either way it's glued in place now!

I'll just have to see how things go!

Unsold stock is being sent on to Ireland !!! Lidl Ireland will have game cams (99eu) available from Thursday 13th June. No mention of NV though. Keep posting the comments so I can make up my mind before Thursday.

Thanks

Ion

I put mine out in the garden last night. I got some images but not managed to get them on the lap top. What's the loose filter issue?

Don't know yet but I noticed a small uv type filter that moved freely over the ,lense whilst moving the camera .ive set up near a water hole and will see what happens over the next few days

Put mine out for a trial this morning and saw the same thing , a small shake moves it,but it must be there for something will see what the pics are like later

If you look at the loose filter, when you switch the camera on, it flicks out the way. I guess it's an IR filter that flicks over when light levels switch the camera from daylight mode to IR mode.
Last nights catch - The fence in the background is about 35 feet away.

Guys, on the IR filter, it does flick out the way/ settle when upright. At the end of last week I cycled an extra 5 miles before work to buy 2 cameras only to find that when I opended the boxes they both had loose bits around the lense and no mention was made of this in the instructions. I emailed bresser in Germany and got this response.

"Thank you for your e-mail. This is OK, in the inner of the game camera, there is a infrared filter build in that will switch between day and night. This can flap from side to side when the camera is not in use. Thank you for the info with the hotline in UK. We have informed the telecommunication company. Mit freundlichen Grüßen · Best regards"

I had to travel overseas that day and so haven't had a chace to play with them so I am really chuffed to have seen these videos - thanks for posting them. I'm also very grateful to the guys on SD who made us aware on the deal.
