Wanted: Live animal capture training

I've just started work at a zoo that has several cat 1 animals. I'll be joining the firearms and animal recapture team, and am looking at modernising the darting equipment and training.

Is there anyone here who is trained in live capture and can advise on the best training providers and what equipment I should be looking at?

Obviously Jelen offer training, and if their rep on here could drop me a line that would be great, but I'm looking for advice from those on the coal face too please.
