Figured I'd update this now I have the relevant information. So,
Factory ammo is producing 3050fps average over 3 shots. Consistent too!
I've managed to get my velocity up now with homeloads. 140g ELDM,.rl25 at 58g gave me 2980, 2976 and 2988 with 58.8 giving 3011, 3015 and 3000. I'm obviously much happier about these numbers, it clearly just needed stoking a little more! Best group and where I'll be leaving it was 58.8g which also printed 1/4 inch. Saying that, they were all under an inch.

Whilst testing, I also loaded some generic 130g TGK that I had with 57g n165. These produced 3090, 3087 and 3093fps and gave half an inch respectively. Again, I'm unsure if the barrel just decided to speed up or whether the load data/loads weren't quite right to jump from 2700-2980 in 1 grain of powder.

Out of a 26" barrel 2900fps with 57 grains N165 & 140 Eld-m which is what I wanted speed wise , 75 rounds through now and has sped up 50fps on the once fired brass .
Stacking them at 300 yards today , bipod and rear bag . Ruger Precision rifle .

Just to pop in on this post a little late. I use 53.8grains of rs60 with the 140eldm and achieve 3058fps and 1/4" groups in case you wan to try
