I put a thread up a couple of weeks ago regarding this, ive spent loads of time searching and cant find anything in the UK, but i have this currently on its way from AliExpress, it looks like it will do the job, if i have a face left after trying it i will report back.

Right, my first delve into AliExpress has landed for the princely sum of £8.90 Im confident this is going to do the job, its stainless and looks well made, can’t see how it would be any different from the other specfic gun jobbies ive seen available overseas.
Fits fine, cleaning rod down the barrel and gave it a spin, not touching the exit hole of the mod so i’ll put some rounds through and report back, hopefully retaining my good looks

So, went out yesterday to stick some rounds through and im still here.
The intention was to share my 6mm DPT Magnum between my .243 B13 and .223 Tikka as its lighter than the dedicated .223 Wildcat. After testing it seems that the .243 DPT is noticeably louder on the .223 than the Wildcat so i won’t bother and keep each mod for the specific cal as before.
Checked it out and theres no clipping and it grouped fine so id say its all good but just bear in mind it was a .243 mod going on a .223 so theres a smidge more tolerance.

Yes I would not be putting Chinese metallurgy anywhere near my face. The Oil & Gas guys learned that years back.

Bought one - quite impressed, good metal (slots cut into knurled portion), dimensional accurate and no run out.

Having had a moderator badly gas erode last year I found myself having to wait 3 months for my local FLO to issue a 1-4-1 variation during which time I couldn't use either of my .308s. Two of my other C/Fs also have the same thread but in a different size. I don't want to submit my license again for another mod preferring to wait out for next year's renewal, forlornly hoping by then, moderators will be off ticket. Some chance............

This adapter will sit in my range bag and will provide an alternative solution for stalking shots if the need arises - I won't be using it for range work
