The most terror can be created by hideous attacks on the most innocent people, who are usually the easiest targets.
Civilized people have a difficult time trying try to understand and rationalize it in terms of "reasonable" targets, some reason for this. The actuality is something worse than most want to contemplate.
In almost every one of these attacks, the killers are learned to have been known to the police, who kept too much distance, or failed to pick them up. With over 1,000 ISIS and Al Qaeda known to have returned to the UK, this mass murder should be no surprise.

Its all kind of weird, after 9/11 and 7/7, there was so much patriotism and comming together....now we are just accepting of it....looks like young girls were targetted because they dont wear head scarves. Why would you respond to terror by allowing more of these people in? Seems odd.

It's because of the reasoning of people who are totally into what is or isn't considered "PC" these days.
Dynamic response! Just had the chief constable of Manchester let us know that he will be having a chat with 'community leaders' ASAP - well that's all right then isn't it? FFS. I remember when this contry had a cohesive and peaceful society sharing common values, a time before 'other communities'. Am open to correction as ever if I am wrong.
The Isle of Man is unfortunately unavailable for a return to it's use during an earlier war, maybe anthrax island could stand in.
My missus got a crisis call at 4am this morning to go into work at Hope Hospital in Salford where she's a matron - I can't comprehend the suffering she will have to deal with today all caused by religious intolerance
